heh prob more like 5-7days to clear up. As i did something similiar a while ago in effort to removing red marks. I used Apple Cider Vineger (yes while on roaccutane, real smart of me lol) on my skin and it jus burnt it. It then turned into a scab and within a week it was gone. And im not going near ACV again while im on roaccutane.
Hey all. wow havent been here for a good month!!
How is everyone? Ive been going through some rough patches with the other half, been a bit stressed out and had no time to pop on here. (thankgod the stress didnt make me break out)!
Ok well.. last time i posted i said i was taking roaccutane on and off... well i started taking it properly (40mg a day) for a week or so, then i stopped and havent taken a pill over 2 weeks now. My prescription repeat allows me 1 more box so overall i have 1 and a half boxes to go through. Havent been derm in agesss! thats because i have no inquiries and i havent been taking it correctly, soo.....
As for my red marks, i can gladly say theyre slowly getting better n better. By that i mean the red/pinkness is fading in time. HOWEVER... as theyre fading i noticed i could see scarring depending on what angle the light is shining on me. I can see slight dents in my skin (nothing like "icepick scars") ill sort them out in a few months.
Still havent had an active pimple since... i dont even remember! but im scared in a years time theyll all come back =/
Anyway... new pic will be posted soonish for ur viewing, when i find the time untill then everyone take care!!
xox
Ahh what the heck!! i took snaps off my phone just now hehe...
turned on all the lights in the bathroom to get clear view of both cheeks. If u look close enuff u can see the scarring (swelling has went down under the red marks which makes the scar apparent) ahh well.. better than red spots ey! Let me know what yas think please

I know I'll be going to the beach for more than just fun
Anyways, I've been thinking about why seawater and the ocean in general can be so good for redmarks and I've pretty much concluded that while at the beach by being beaten by waves of sandy seawater, it is probably acting like a dermabrasion, sanding off layers of skin. While at the same time salt is naturally anti-septic and should be killing the bacteria on the skin's surface and unclogging your pores.
Since it is so gradual, and such a slow but unreleventing process; it's not irritating, and yet highly effective.
There's probably also other factors with being in the ocean (such as maybe osmosis) that encourage the skin to react, and heal better.
But whatever, if it works- awsome sauce.
Sorry peeps. Havent been coming on the net that much lately.
Glad it has worked for some of youz
My skin is just getting better and better, nothing to complain about apart from wishing the pink marks would fade quicker! lol. I'll have new pics posted up here and in my gallery some time this week

Any updates on this? I'm taking sea salt baths for my anxiety/depression, wonder if this will help me with my scars.
