Thoughts On These Two Paula's Choice Products?

Im looking for a new moisturizer that will make my, very naturally oily skin, look and feel not oily or shiny. Ive also been on The Regimen for about 9 weeks today, and i would say im almost clear from all my current active acne, which is just a couple persistent bastards. I would also say i have pretty large pores on my nose and the area under my eyes/ next to my nose, probably from all the oil they crank out constantly.

Ive been looking at Paula's Choice SKIN BALANCING INVISIBLE FINISH MOISTURE GEL, which is a moisturizer for oily skin supposedly, and Paula's Choice SHINE STOPPER INSTANT MATTE FINISH WITH MICROSPONGE TECHNOLOGY, which is supposed to make your skin not become all oily. I dont know much about these products, but their reviews sound good. Please take a look and let me know what you think of them. Do you think they are okay for acne prone skin? Think the moisturizer will moisturize and feel well? Should i get them? Any advice or feedback? Please and thanks!

Whenever I use Paula's Choice products along with acne.org benzoyl peroxide my skin always looks amazing. I think the Skin Balancing line is really good and you could try that moisturizer first and then see if you need the extra oil control from the Shine Stop. You could also try both in sample form to see how your skin responds to each of them.

My experience with the Moisture Gel was disastrous. First off, it's like no gel I'd ever seen - it's more like an ointment. My skin just hated it. After about two hours it made my skin blotchy and I could feel it "sitting" on my skin - like it never really soaked in.

Everyone's different, and if reviews are to be believed, a lot of people love it.

I'm not sure what ingredient bothered me - it was either the wheat germ oil, or that fact that it had mattifying properties.

I tried the cleanser from her same line and was pretty meh about it. No bad experience, but it was no better than a drugstore cleanser.
