I'm so glad things are improving!! Yeah, my face is still reddish, too. That seems to always take ages to go away. But at least there's improvement! =]

Hey~

WOW two times posting on your log today Molly.... you better feel special! I just HAD to CONGRATULATE you on ONE YEAR with the org.!!!!! :hifive: Although I would love to tell you I hope you have many more years of posting with the org, what I really hope is you have no NEED to be on this site other than to give support and give tips and hints on how you achieved your clear, beautiful, radiant, flawless complexion!

Good thing you're not going into work tomorrow. You have to not only watch out for yourself, but you have elderly patients there who are better off not getting sick at all. Plus with your laryngitis, and I know how that sounds/feels, you really can't communicate anyway lol. Rest up!

I checked out your recent picture post and I really CAN see an improvement! Overall your skin texture has improved; and the raw, red, angry look is beginning to subside. I think you are on your way!

What a great idea emailing your therapist. I would equate a close patient of yours moving out of your facility to one of the more stressful events in life. It's really like you're losing that person even though they haven't died or anything because you have lost the ability to communicate on a daily basis, can't pick up the phone to call, and you're also concerned for the welfare of the patient. Moving is very stressful, not only for the person moving, but for the people left behind. You my dear happen to be the caregiver left behind, and because you are a kind-hearted person, you are now wondering what's going on. Plus, you pass by all the familiar places you two shared. It is stressful and it's good you're discussing that. Talking will hopefully bring you some peace in that respect even though it will never make you happy about it.

Well I hope you sleep well tonight because you're sick; but with all the resting you've been doing all day along with your insomnia, you probably won't get much sleep... so try to rest.

Ciao Ciao!

Yes that does make me feel special! You are my second mom or I could call you my first mom since my real mom and I are not close much

Thanks! I knew my org anniversary was coming up but I forgot and then I remembered this afternoon.

Im glad you see improvement! This new regimen really is working and I hope it doesnt stop working

I have only known this patient for going on three months but she is one of the best patients Ive EVER had! There is just something special about her. She is different than everyone else. She cannot talk, but she is very allert and communicates in other ways and she really appreciates it when people help her. Not all patients are like that. In fact, a lot of them arent and just whine and whine. I miss feeding her everyday! I would feed her once or twice a day and she had such horrible allergies. Her nose would run and I would help her wipe it, of course with gloves on, Id clean her dentures, Id put her to bed, Id put her wheelchair foot rest together, etc. I really miss that 🙁 Its not the same only seeing her once a week for thirty minutes. Her roommate really misses her too! Katherine doesnt like the new roomate she has. In fact, shes gotten two roommates in such a short duration (after Dolores left) and its just not the same for her. All they do is complain about how much pain they are in and arent very allert. They just stare into space.

We laugh and cry together 🙁 This friend of mine even cheers me up! Last Wednesday when I went to go visit her, she saw I had acne on my chin and gently touched it. She is so adorable and I dont think I ever told you this, her eyebrows are tattooed and her hair is dyed red. Its curly and it looks like my puppies furr

Im so anxious I cant even go to sleep. I keep tossing and turning. My joints hurt and I am fixated on my acne, the regid edges on my nails, Dolores, wanting my antidepressant medications doses changed.

Can someone please tell me if those are papules or cysts on my face? I still dont know the difference really and I would like to know if my acne is moderate or moderate severe

They look like papules to me. They seem to be close to the surface of the skin. Cysts are usually deeper underneath the skin and they are generally bigger that the spots you have. I would say your acne is moderate, not severe.

URGH! I have this pimple that was just begging to be popped. I couldnt get all the puss out but its a three headed pimple. It hurts and its so disgusting! I still have some puss there but I am not gonna pop it again. I need to think more positively. I put a small dot of clenia on it. It will go away! Just leave it alone

Yeah, my redness actually seems to be on its way out now. It's just pinkish towards the center of my face (forehead, cheek area around nose, a little on chin). After I shower, my face is always soooo even and white, but then the redness slowly comes back a little more. Today's the first day I'm starting to see some improvement as far as the redness goes, though. Thank goodness, lol.

I dont have as many pink areas now. Mine are on my chin (but its not red and itchy like before) and its only pink where the pimples are whereas before my whole chin was red, the sides of my nose are a nice pink (I have a new nodule on top of my clogged pores on the side of my nose blaaah). My forehead is just normal caucasian colored skin 😆 and my cheeks are pink They are rosey cheeks though. My cheeks have been rosey long before acne. I hate having rosey cheeks

Blaaah! I just took two pics of my acne and it looks worse on the camera than it does in person. I dont want you to see that. The picture makes me look ugly and Im not ugly. Im pretty. Indeed I have acne but I have pretty facial features and if I post those pics it will ruin my beauty lmao Im so silly! 😆

Don't worry, I'm like that too, sometimes. Pictures of me always look weird, even if I look fine in the mirror. Now with acne, I'm so shy about posting pictures on this site! I probably will within the week, though, if I get a chance. It'll be nice to be able to see how things improve, especially if I start a new product like Differin.

I for one wouldnt judge you. I am not that type of person especially if the person treats me well. Its nice to be pretty but it isnt THE most important thing. There are plenty of people who are pretty but they are mean on the inside. Id rather have a respectful person over a person who is gorgeous but has no personality to show for it. Looks are not everything. Ill be :praying: for you that you get your differin. I know how physically painful pimples are so hopefully you will get something to help you too 🙂
