Is anyone familiar with Sun Bum brand sunscreen products?
I have an easy enough time finding acne-safe face lotions, but I have a harder time finding body sunscreens that won't make my skin greasy or cause body acne breakouts (my back is super acne prone).
I've been hearing good things about Sun Bum, but none of the reviews mention if it's acne-safe. Other brand recommendations would be helpful as well.
For any who are interested, I did some additional research and it's seems like their Pro line is the best bet for acne prone skin. It's oil free, PABA free, paraben free, hypoallergenic, fragrance free, oxybenzone free, and zinc oxide based. It only comes in a tiny bottle though (3 oz), so I might have to keep looking for something that comes in a big enough bottle to be useful for my whole body.
Their Original line comes in bigger bottles and is oil free, PABA free, paraben free, and hypoallergenic...but it has oxybenzone, which makes me nervous, as I've heard conflicting information about this ingredient.
EDIT UPDATE: Unless I stumble upon something else in the next few days, I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with with the original. It's not a perfect solution, but by being oil free, PABA free, paraben free, and hypoallergenic, it's still much more acne friendly than other body sunscreens. And I really do need the bigger bottle.
