bek I've got a question...what is a good nude lipstick for us porcelain girls?
my favorite natural my-lips-only-better lipstick is Urban Decay in Naked.
I looked at the allure beauty awards or whatever a while ago and wrote down their choice for nude lipstick but I cna't find the paper! I'll go look on the website and try to find it...
found it...it's L'oreal colour rich lipstick in fairest nude.

i love this look on you =D do ppl ask you if you're going out to somewhere special when you wear red lips? i HATE when ppl do that to me. every time i wear them, someone asks ooo who are you trying to impress? it's like, really i can't wear red lips for myself ?!? lol
you have extremely pretty eyes btw! haven't got to watch your eyeshadow video yet, but i will soon. hehe.

Well they aren't the best videos yet but it's helpful I think/hope 🙂
lmao. the death stare? i just think ppl can be a little too presumptuous n think you're dressing up to impress someone or them. it's like .. no. don't get it twisted. there are times it's nice to dress up for someone, but i think those times should be limited.
and yes, they are helpful =D i hope you continue to do them. you have great tips. i was cracking up when i saw your video with slow motion playing in the background. i had a friend that used to love that song.

Btw, have you tried MUFE Full Cover concealer? I've been really wanting to try that one out, and have heard it's one of the best for covering blemishes/red marks.Here's a pic of my peepers, lol. I love using eye shadows for liner.

So I think the MUFE concealer may have broken me out in a few small whiteheads. How do you know when a certain cosmetic is responsible?
Hahaha seriously. I would have to save up for sure. Thank you! Hmmm. I'm not really sure. But unless you've changed anything else recently you can probably count on it being the culprit. Unless you've been staying up late not getting any sleep or something like that. For me it's usually a gut feeling. Very scientific, I know!!!

Haha seriously, try it- it works a lot of the time. While you are staring at them they start thinking about why they even asked the question in the first place. Heh. It is presumptuous, very high school. People in high school would freak out about red lipstick or anything outside of a 2 inch box lol. It's a holdover.

i completely agree. it's so true about the 2 inch box thing. hahaha about the slow motion song. i do prefer a lot of oldie rap songs over the new ones.
n yeah a night look! def! i love those. would wear them during the day if it didn't look so harsh. i saw this GORGEOUS turquoise tutorial done by sccastaneda for a night out. i'm going to be attempting that, but it's hard since my eyes are small. lol

I like to wear them during the day sometimes but I've learned that it can feel a little overdone haha so now I usually go moderate if I am feeling the drama.

I'm going to target soon so I will check out the maybelline one. and I took ur advice for my dance makeup, I did gold shadow with brown on the lid with winged black eyeliner and a little pink lipstick. it looked great! I'll try to post a pic here...I'm the second from the left. sorry it's so small but you can get an idea of my makeup!

Okay I must confess I don't really know how to do a black smoky eye. I don't know if it's because I am so pale... or I am not using the right products? How DO you do it? Lol! One of my favorite looks.. hmmm... 🙂 probably a candy red or pink lip with neutral shimmery eye shadow and black liner! And then you can do focus on the eyes... I like silver/black/grey with a pale pink gloss sometimes. So many choices! Haha

🙂 Yeah the Maybelline one is niiice! I also love Stila lip glaze in Kitten for more of a goldish nude rather than pinkish. You look soooooooo pretty! It looks great!! You look beauteous 😀

black smokey eyes can be hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. what i like most about it is that you can tone it down, or make it more dramatic by adding more black shadow to your lid.
the way i do it is 1st i use a black base. i should prob tell you what video helped me bc i'm not good at explaining things. lol
makeupsquare on youtube has a vid called soft smokey celebrity look that i think flatters her really well. you could apply less shadow on your lid if you want a more toned down look. i believe she uses a jumbo eye pencil, but i like to use a gel liner bc it lasts longer on me.

I'm trying to cut back on my makeup. Once I have very little or no makeup I'm going to go out and buy all natural/organic/mineral/whatever and just restock. It was so hard resisting all these beautiful shimmery mineral lip balms at the natural grocery store today!! MyChelle has all these adorable little eye shimmers/lip balms. They're in like the exact same package as the Burts Bees lip shimmers but are filled with concealers, eye shimmers, or tinted lip balms. I waaaaant!
