Accutane permanently reduces sebum production so there's often no way of getting it back. Sometimes it will bounce back, but usually never completely. That's the whole point of Accutane is to permanently reduce sebum. Less sebum = less acne.

You say you've used every moisturizer? I would suggest a moisturizer with some good occlusives in it (petrolatum to be specific, and mineral oil as an ingredient is good too).

Another interesting thing you might want to experiment with is Kokum butter. It's pretty darn healing. You can even make your own "butter" with kokum butter (just google it).
