So I just started on 80mg daily about 1 week ago. Stopped the doxycycline and differin I was using a long with the salicylic acid fashwash. The past 4-5 days my face has just exploded with whiteheads. I know there can be a purge with accutane but this seems rather quick. Anyone else experience this?
A lot of people get an initial purge. You're right that it does seem fast though. That sounds like it was within 3 days or so. I can't imagine the purge would be from stopping doxy, sal acid or differin. But there are a lot of variables going on. Plus you're on a relatively high dosage.
