I used it for a few months. Before that I was using BenzaClin, which is the same ingredients. Duac only needs to be used once a day, instead of Benzaclin twice. I actually liked it, but I was not acne free. Good consistency, completely non-irritating, little to no dryness.
I use it in combination with differin. I use differin at night and duac in the morning. I'm not having great results, it's ok I guess. My skin is way less irritated than when I used Dan's regimen and it works better than Proactiv. My skin is always pink though, not sure which med is doing that, but it's not as bad as it was on dan's regimen (bright red). I'd like to say I'm 100% clear, but sadly I'm not. I'm almost clear except I have 4 cysts (three are in the process of healing, one is still huge and painful). I have weird acne. I get nodes and cysts but I have mild acne (my whole face isn't covered, I only get a couple at a time, sometimes only one at a time). My derm doesn't really know whay to do with me. I'm not a case for accutane, since most of my skin is clear. I just get these huge zits that take weeks, sometimes months to go away (plus they scar). Nothing I've tried actually makes me totally clear.
