hey @abdarhman
I'm no doctor, but I have been on Accutane for 6-7 months 2 years ago and am taking it again, finishing my third month soon. I can tell you from my experience that during my first round of Accutane, my blood test was great until I reached 60mg and my triglycerides got a little high. Tbh I was not eating very well. I started thinking I was having heart pain or heart palpitations. However, I cannot remember whether I had these symptoms before or after finding out about my triglycerides being high. I remember always being paranoid about the drug affecting my heart, and I think its very plausible that I developed some anxiety over it and the anxiety caused the heart pain/palpitations. I finished the drug just fine, had clear skin, and my lab tests started returning to normal.
Fast forward to my second round of Accutane. I watched my diet SUPER well since the beginning so as to avoid the heart pain/palpitations... but they happened anyway. I am very vigilant about my diet, my lab results are great, but I still feel the heart things every now and then. Sometimes it will happen maybe 5 times a day for a few days, then not happen for weeks. I really think it is anxiety induced. If something was really wrong with your heart and/or liver, it would show up in your blood test results. And three pieces of chocolate won't tip you over the edge -- I ate MUCH worse during my first round of acc. Hope this makes you feel better, feel free to ask me more
