Poison Ivy Rash While on Accutane?

I have recently gotten a horrid rash from poison ivy, and I'm almost done with my second month of accutane. This is my first poison ivy rash, so I can't compare it to one while not on accutane. Does accutane prolong or speed up the healing of a poison ivy rash? I would like to know how long I'm going to have to deal with this!

Hey, not sure you're still active here because it was quite some time ago, but I recently just got a horrible poison oak rash literally all over my body and I'm on accutane as well. What happened in the end with you?

im not sure if any of you will respond but what happened to you in the end or how long did it take. i currently have a really bad poison ivy rash all on my face and arms, and currently take acutane.
