This is my 5 months journey on accutane (isotretinoin). I am super happy with the results of my back and chest acne, and I can also see improvement on my face too. Even though i had to go through some side effects like dry skin, dry lips, and daily nose bleeding, it was totally worth it. My doctor told me to take whatever dose i want for how many months i want (max 50mg/day), but i had to stop once i took 7500 mg in total (that's bc he said that I should take my weight X 100mg in total dose of accutane e.g I weight 75 kg so that times 100 is 7500). I have one more month to go and i can't wait to see the end result of accutane.

Thank you! My facial acne was also pretty bad, but not as bad as my bacne and chest acne. I have facial acne from the age of 13 and I'm 16 at the moment, but it just got that bad when i turned 16. And i never had any acne on my back, but in a span of 2 months, my back got like on the pic i posted. By the way I just used any random lip balm from any pharmacy in town, for me all of them seem to work well.
