@bear001 I'm going to Kyiv 2nd wk of Oct '24 wt a friend.....waiting for Visa approval..req for us since the war..I did ask Olga abt the Poland cells n logistics co..anyhow she mention they just change the cold chain provider to ensure the cells quality..regardless I still feel it's best to go to Kyiv now with the feedbacks received here...directly to the processing facility itself..she also mention that any manipulations needed as identified during the treatment can be given easily there as compared to Poland

oh thanks and you are going to do same treatment plan as Yola did in past? Maybe you mentioned it earlier I am not sure
Hey guys!
Update time. A few people have gone to Mediland (Poland) since my last post and one woman went to Mediland in Ukraine about 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately, those that went to Poland did not heal. Later in messages with a potential client, Olga admitted that there is no way for them to test the efficacy of the stem cells after shipment to Poland. And that it was basically experimental. I just knew in my gut that shipping the cells was not a good idea and would most likely cause degradation.
With that being said, there is only one person that has gone to Mediland to date that has done my exact treatment plan (that I know of and have spoken to at length). She is now 6 weeks post her first trip to Kiev and has seen some improvements but not at all like I did. She said her skin is a little more comfortable and that its producing some oil now as opposed to completely dry before. But she isnt too thrilled with her lack of progress at this point. I must mention that she was still inflamed when she got treatment. Well let me clarify that. Doctors were telling her that she was not inflamed but that it was nerve damage. The way I see things is pain usually involves some level of inflammation so this is a hindrance to healing. But i understand why she had to make a move and try something.
I shared a photo timeline of my healing in 3 weeks time to a group chat I started on FB to prove that it did in fact heal in 3 weeks time. Olga suggested that this was impossible but I promise you on my parents grave that I healed in less than a month. Honestly, theres no reason to even lie about that. I started a group chat months back of about 10-15 people who either went to Mediland (I believe 4 of them have), or are interested in stem cell treatments. It has been quite the journey for all of us. It truly pains me that no one is healing, but I want to stress the importance of the quantity of stem cells you get and the type of stem cells you get. I cannot reiterate this enough as no one I know has healed with the shortened 2 day version of the plan. Even someone that had very minimal damage did not heal at all from it.
Also, Ive spoken to a woman who went to Hope Biologix in Guadalajara, Mexico and she had a similar treatment as I did. She healed some and just recently went back for a second time as she felt there was room for improvement. One of my online friends from the group chat also went there recently (the two of them actually met up at the clinic) and at first he thought he was seeing major improvement. Then suddenly, he had an inflammatory reaction which he believes is a result of the mesogun that the clinic used to inject the stem cells into his face. He is still very early in his recovery but believes he could possibly have more scarring now and is using silicone sheets to prevent it.
A few things I want to mention. People are telling me that the Mediland agreement papers now say Good Cells on them rather than Mediland. Im not sure if the stem cell company changed or why that is. One of my online friends went for treatment and they gave her ibuprofen right after the injections, and then she came to find out that you should never take NSAIDS after stem cell treatment. I know Ive said previously not to use anything on your skin after stem cell treatments and I do stand behind that. But I also realize that thats a huge issue for most people so Id just recommend to only use products that are gentle that your skin is already accustomed to. Just dont introduce anything new into your routine. Also, Im reiterating the fact that your inflammation should be gone before you do any treatments except Hbot of course. Please make sure you wait at least 1-2 years if not longer because you want to make sure your skin is stabilized.
Random things to mention. I have a laser damage friend that has had some results with Hbot. It has taken a lot of the inflammation away. I have another friend who swears by tallow by Touch of tallow and says that her skin still has texture but it is much better. I have another friend (the one who just went to Hope Biologix) who is interested in FAMI fat grafting which is apparently different than regular fat grafting. And lastly, I have another friend with laser damage who is having excellent results with cupping. She says its as if the skin was glued together and that the cupping is helping bring nutrients, oxygen and blood flow to the damage thus allowing the textural irregularities to heal. Of course, she was passed the inflammatory phase in order to do cupping.
Im not trying to be a downer in this post, but I just want everyone to make the most informed decisions on treatment. Idk if I can comfortably recommend Mediland anymore. Yes, they saved my life. Yes, they healed my skin remarkably well. Yes, they put my RA into remission. And in two months time, I will be 2 years post treatment and I am still doing well (knock on wood). But the unfortunate lack of healing from so many people is very discouraging. I will however be eternally grateful for them. Im also know that they have the capability of healing peopleIm just not sure what is going on lately that 5 different people that I know have not healed via their treatments. Its so conflicting.
I have taken a huge step back from all of this. I made the stem cell FB group chat so everyone could share their experiences, thoughts, and concerns with each other. I dont follow along in the group chat discussions, but sometimes members direct message me and I respond to them that way. If you want to be added to the group fb message me (iolanda mae). I hope everyone is doing well. I will be back sometime in the future with more updates. Until then, take care of yourselves, emotionally, physically and mentally!
@evewaddell @bear001 i came across this comment in reddit...any thoughts on this ?
Hey how did your treatment go????
@evewaddell hello..iv just returned home from my long journey...its been a week since the treatment, no significant changes..skin injections marks are healing...but fibrosis scars and PIH on those scars still there (internal bumps under skin remains) though it seems softer to the touch..but just noticed 1 horizontal long superficial scars not noticeable any longer...maybe due to swelling and plump after effects of the RF Microneedling which they did before the injections of the stem cells (Dr Anastasia said my skin needed the RF MN to soften the fibrosis/scar before the injections)..anyhow its early to tell...i may update in few weeks time or whenever i have the chance to
@jesuiselyn77 Hi, do you see some changes in your skin?

Hey can you please update us now and let us know how youre doing? Its been a while since youve replied
OmgA I just wrote out a massive post but now its gone flm,A this is going to be a much shorter version because im annoyed lolA anyway lets try again, (Excuse my grammar and spelling)A
iv been dealing with this type of damage for 5 years!!! with no change until recentlyA Iv used so many oils, moisturisers and barrier creams its unreal but they didn't do anything, Retin A and glycolic acid cream did this damage to my skin a don't askA
first pic is start of dec 2019 second is end of jan 2020.
here's my routine :Pm
avene cleansing lotion extreme tolerance (I like to wash it off)
damp face Hada labo premium lotion x2 layersA
spray water on top
hydroboost water gel Neutrogena
100% squalene oil the ordinary
A
Am
avene cleanserA
eucerin 5 % urea replenishing cream
squalane oil
once a week I use cerave baume hydrant moisturiser on top of the hydoboost to get some lipids and ceramides in aswell also Vaseline after the squalane to make it all very occlsive,A I then wearA a silicone mask over the top to keep all in place and off my pillowA
once a week I will also use cosrx 0.5% daily salicylic acid cleanserA after my avene cleanser,A this is a very gentle exfoliator I believe you need to do this - to gently remove those stuck together skin cells without causing anymore inflammation
You will get cc's probs from the hada labo or the once a week heavy thick mask (cerave and Vaseline)A but as you can see from the two pics the holes are going ! so its up to you i would take cc;sA over those holes any day!
Right now a this is key! and what I really think has helped the most
hydration is completely differentA to moisturisation
hydration = water
Moisurising = oils and lipids
and oily dehydrated textured skin like this needs water!!!A ie hydration so focus on water! iA cant stress this enough *** toners are a game changer here they get water into the skin very well (Korean toners not western astringents)
whereas dry skin with this texture needs oils and lipids ie moisturisation so focus on moisturising

I still have a way to go to get my good skin back but
So happy that I have finally got some progress hope this can help people x

@ChicoReeno Thank you for posting this. This gives me some hope. I have the same damage from tretinoin use. It's been a year and my pores are still open/holes all over my cheeks and forehead. I didn't have this before my 4 uses of tretinoin 1 week apart. Did your completely skin recover? Did you do anything differently?
