been on 60mg for a month and i had enlarged pores on my nose but now i can say they are supersized. I guess the accutane has pushed all the dirt/ sebum trapped deep in the pore to the surface and it has stretched the pore

also pores are now visible on my lower cheeks which were invisible before

i havnt touched my skin except gentle cleanse in shower just let this happen organically as the derm suggested.

1 step forward with acne stopped but 2 steps back as these pores on my nose are so big they look like scars now
