Hi,
Im really hoping for some advice, I started lymecycline and Epiduo about ten days ago, I initially had no stinging or burning for the first few days but about day 3 it started. Since about day 7 my face has started flaking and looks red like sunburn, today the flaking was so bad I couldn't go out. I have just got some Cetaphil moisturiser in the hope it will help as I don't want to stop using epiduo as my skins already clearer. Is the flaking and redness Normal and how long does it last? Any advice would be appreciated.

When i used epiduo, my derm told me to wash it off just after half hour, so that way it didn't cause any problems and worked just fine

Hi, I am on differin and lymecycline. This means i am on the same treatment except you have 2.5% benzyl peroxide too. It will take your skin a little wile to get used to it and therefore you will have alot of peeling as i did. Just stick it out it's worth it! My friend went on epiduo and had considerably bad skin, after 6 months he now dosent have a single spot so trust me stick it out. Also i have seen considerable improvements in my own skin from differin.
