I recently got prescribed .025% tretinoin for my back acne. I usually shower at night, but my doctor advised me to wash the cream off in the morning. Am I supposed to shower twice? or do I switch to showering in the morning?

Your skin needs to be clean and completely dry before you apply it, if you can manage to wash your back without an extra shower that should be fine.
