Anyone know what this is or if I should go to the doctor to get it checked out? Started out just as a bunch of red bumps and has turned into this. Just around one side of my nose, & it burns to touch slightly. Is quite yellow in colour. I haven't changed skincare products or anything like that so I'm super confused and worried. Any help is appreciated. (Sorry for gross pics)
