Hello, I was almost done with my course of Accutane, and I ended up picking up blurry vision in my right eye. I tried using blink tears moderate eye drops, and blink tears severe gel eye drops, but they don't help. I stopped taking it, I believe this will be my third day off of it, but I'm not seeing any improvements. Have any of you gone through this, and did the blurry vision go away after a while? I had 20/20 vision beforehand.
If you still having blurry vision, I would definitelyget in to see a eye doctor. Accutane can cause many different eye problems in some, it could just be that your eyes are very dry. I would still get it checked out and I assume you stopped taking Accutane and also let your derm know.
