Hi everyone, 
ive been on accutane now for about 5ish months, currently on 40mg a day, its gradually going up!!
ive had no side effects really, carried on as normal with sun tan lotion and drinking ect.
i sometimes get a rash on the back of my hands like little blisters that my dermatologist said was eczema and gave me some cetraben
HOWEVER the inside of my nose is mega dry, and all hard crusty deposits are inside that are bloody (sorry thats a bit graphic)
what i want to know is... have anyone else had this? if so what did you do?
im scared that when i try and get it out ill damage my nose!!!
its so painful especially with it being winter literally any help would be appreciated

coconut oil! treat it like any other scab (i.e. try and leave it alone), and rub coconut oil up there at any opportunity, really helped me with the pain as it makes it a bit more flexible and elastic.
My nose is still dry and bloody every now and then, but waaaay better than before
