So I have been on 40mg a day dose of Accutane for the past 3 months, it has been wonderful for my skin and I responded to it really well, I had moderate - severe acne on my body, I'm about 90% clear. Anyways today I spoke to my dermatologist and he's bumping my dose up to 80mg a day for 2 more months to hit that accumulative dose mark and I'm a little worried and don't know what expect.
Well if hes upping the does you may experience more side effects probably like more dryness if you experienced,but if your relatively ckear now I dont think you should breakout even if you do itll go away. Good luck.
I read from another post about a guy upping his does and it screwed with his acne it came back if your clear at 40mg I think you should stay with 40 not rush it.
