Honestly I don't notice anything other than the redness and your regular skin tone. No one has perfectly mono-toned skin throughout their entire body, you're probably just more aware because you're closely examining your face. 

If I were you, I wouldn't worry at all. The redness will go away after accutane and you'll be completely clear
