Do I need to "take it slow" with BP?

I just ordered the Regimen and for the past year and a half I've been using a cleanser with 10% benzoyl peroxide. Is it still necessary to only use a tiny bit of BP from the regimen when I first start? Or do you think I can start with a normal amount because my face is used to it.

Use a small amount. You can always step it up if your skin goes well with the regimen, but if you use too much your skin will just become red, irritaded and eventually break out forcing you to wait two-three weeks before starting over again.
