This is a frustrating thing to post. Please allow me to tell the whole story. 

Im an 18 year old male and since about 13 I have had very mild acne. About a year ago, (my acne was still very mild), I decided to go to the doctor, who gave me topicals to use (Duac, Epiduo, Differin). Whilst using these, my skin got WORSE. So my doctor prescribed me antibiotics (tetracycline and deoxycline) but again, my skin just continued getting worse while using these! I have no idea why. So my doctor prescribed me 20mg accutane in January.

I had a bad initial breakout, the red marks from which are still very visible on my face. However, my skin just hasn't improved at all and has just continued to decline, and each breakout is leaving awful awful scars. Ill have no breakout for a week, and then ill develop a huge cyst which will leave a scar for months. The scars are extremely red - something that was never the case before starting accutane. Ive tried using emu oil on my face for the scars but it hasnt worked at all. 

I just totally regret going to see a derm for my skin! My skin has gotten so much worse since using all of these medications. The pictures below is my skin right now (4 months into treatment) and my skin has never looked worse! My doctor increased my dosage to 40mg last month  because she was i wasn't responding. 

This far in you would have thought id see some improvement but im really losing hope in this drug and its making my face look awful. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
