So, people. Today is day 74 of my accutane journey. Just a quick update for those who might come across this post and are going through accutane. So, I had my derm appointment earlier today. He seemed pretty happy with my skin. I was wondering what was there to be happy about. I still get small zits and they are troubling me. Yeah, I know it is not a good thing to be so upset. Instead, I must be happy not to have those painful red pimples filled with pus anymore. But yeah, I still get zits at day 74 of accutane. I told him about my concern and he told me that there are few on my jawline that would pop up shortly. Like I am not done yet with those nasty bastards?????????
As for my dark marks, he told me that they will go away with time and there is no magical over the counter product that would vanish them overnight. I have to be patient but he reassured me that they will fade slowly.
