I've been on Accutane for a little over two weeks, and within the past few days I've been getting angular cheilitis (the cuts on the corners of my mouth). In addition to that, I'm getting these weird itchy bumps right at my lip line. And they leak a clear fluid. There's never any tingling or anything like that. Am I getting cold sores, is it irritation, or something else? 

I'm using Dr. Dan's lip balm but it isn't helping much. It helps the corner cracks a little but they keep coming back. Aquaphor or Vasaline do not help either. Any suggestions? What should I do?
