I finished accutane in mid December. I got one big nodule right after stopping, right in the center of my cheek. I panicked and started a reduced version of the regimen right away. (One pump of everything instead of two, and no bp in the morning)
My oil production only returned minimally, so far. Just enough to make my skin flawless and perfect. Lol. I'm very happy with my results. But I'd say a lot of that is due to the regimen and the aha. I've gotten one cyst below my jaw line, as well, where I don't apply the regimen.
