I've tried Differin on the triceps portion of my arm before (where I get keratosis pilaris), but never for more than a few days. I pretty much forget I've got KP as it's not really visible to me, so, in turn, I forget all about using my Differin on it!

However, from what I've read it's often prescribed for KP, although this is generally off-label as it's not down as an official treatment. Probably worth a try in using a retinoid on it if you're consistent with applications.
