I'm in my 4th month of Accutane - 17 years, male 140 pounds 60mg a day.

tbh I haven't been moisturising my face as I feel it makes my acne stand out although I've been breaking out a lot more and am not clearing up? Is this due to not moisturising or does this not make a great difference? Originally, before Accutane my skin was not oily and I had dry acne and I've heard this is harder to eliminate. All help is appreciated as always and I hope everyone reaches there complexion goals
