ever since I've started accutane I've had lower back pain when lying down...but recently I feel like the pain has spread to the middle of my back and it's much more intense than usual. its pretty bad , but doesn't stop me from walking or going to school or anything. it's just very irritating. Is this a normal side effect or something worrisome?

if it changes anything, I'm 16 and weight 130 pounds

Yes it's normal. I'm sure if you're on accutane you've read all of the possible side effects beforehand, and muscle ache/pain is one of the main.

Yeah its normal, thats one of the first side effects I got. Unless it get really bad you just have to deal with it. If it gets super bad tell your dermatologist. Mine is up a little bit above my lower back. Hurts if I lay on that spot or put any kind of pressure, even really deep breaths aggravate it. I got used to it after a little while.
