I wouldn't

my derm told me sudocrem was actually really bad for acne. Just let Accutane do its thing, your skin will be so sensitive that things that dry it out further (like sudocrem) could have a bad reaction. You're on Accutane, you don't need anything else for now, so relax and enjoy the fact you don't have to apply anything topically for the next few months
