Hi, all! I am on my 10th week of treatment. The more I read the forums, the more I feel like i'm not on the correct dose.
The first two months, my prescriber had me on 20 mg/day. I just started the 3rd month about two weeks ago and am on 30 mg/day. I know the general mg/kg rule is to achieve 150 mg/kg. I am 150 lbs (~68 kg) which would be a total of 10,200 mg. After this month, I will only be 2,100 mg done out of the 10,200 mg. I know the pace is up to the dermatologist but I just want to get this over with!!
My face still feels oily. The rest of my body is SO dry but my face and back are still oily. In addition, I am getting these nasty cysts on my face that I didn't use to get and my cystic acne on my back is still awful.

Hey! I am on my 10th week also. I was on 20mg the 1st month, 60mg the second month and then starting the 3rd she kept me on 60mg. She told me starts everyone off at 20mg and if they do well then she moves them up... I think you should ask about it at your next appointment! I'm just now getting over my IB
