I am a 38 year old female and this is my 2nd time on Accutane. I was prescribed Accutane nearly 7 years ago with fantastic results. My life acne free was amazing....WAS....

My dermatologist said I was the second person to need accutane again. Is it as effective the 2nd time around?

I am currently on Claravis 40mg/one time a day. The only thing I've achieved so far is a horrible break out, dry mouth, dry lips, and some muscle soreness.

Anyone taking this medication? How long before visible results?
