So today for the first time ever I've noticed a small muscle twitch on my cheek, next to my lips. It's pulsating all the time and I'm really freaking out. It can be due to the stress (I was really stressed because of a fight with my boyfriend, the twitch appeared right afterwards) or lack of some vitamins. But can it be possibly caused by Accutane? I'm on ultra low dose so I don't think that's the case but my derm told me to report any side effects and I'm wondering if any of you experienced something like that.

Also, by the way and off topic, have any of you ever experienced facial nerve twitches? How much time does it take to go away? And is there some kind of remedy? I was told that magnesium supplement can help so I took a pill.
