So I'm a 17 year old 65-70kg male and I've been on accutane for nearly 6 months now.
Right now I have 4 spots 3 in a red area on my cheek. I started off on 30mg for the first 4 months but recently have went to 40mg and nearly 2 weeks in on 60mg. I expected to be fully clear by now but instead when one spot goes another replaces it, my face has scarring and still has blackheads even though the cystic acne has calmed down, not to mention the small red marks all over my face
Should I be concerned that nothing will solve my acne problem, or is there such thing as a slow responder to accutane? I'm also quite active, I workout in a home gym and play football if that has an effect and I've also tried the majority of over the counter products
(P.S the only side effects I'm experiencing are dryness all over my body and some dried blood in nose)

I'm on my 6th month now (40mg) and have noticed a considerable difference in my acne, although there are still two spots on my right cheek that I have had since the start and I occasionally get a new pimple here or there.
Do you have comparison pics so we can evaluate your progress properly?

Unfortunately I don't have comparison pictures, people have mentioned a difference, as my left side is clear of spots (not scars) but I have 3 spots on my right cheek, I'll try and post a picture of my cheeks now
