Does anyone suffer from comedonal acne? you know those hard white bumps that never seem to go away. I have a cluster of them on both sides. I've been on tretinion 0.1% for 4 weeks and so far a couple have turned into huge red pimples. Like a pizza face. It's embarassing I want to pop them since the pus is out there. I don't know what to do. Are these pimples gonna scar?

This is mainly the type of acne I have, it's very frustrating.
I am using differin, another retinoid, I'm only on my first week though. From what I have read and seen, I believe retinoids pretty much invoke an initial breakout. So I believe what your going through is normal and it means it's working! I know how horrible you feel though, my face is so horrid right now.
Have you been applying it every night? Or waiting a day or two inbetween?

In the beginning every night but now every other night. It sucks because I have so many of these white bumps that haven't yet come upI know in the weeks to come it's going to get worse. I wish there was something to reduce pimple size and redness.
