10mg is a very low dose. I think you're safe to wait quite a while.

maybe cetaphil or some mild cleanser. I know starting on 40 mg I only washed with water after about 1 week in. Didnt start using any cleanser on my face for 7 years at which time I started to get oily again.

how long did it take you to notice the oil are gone when you started on 40mg? This is my 4th day on 10mg, haven't seen any change, considering double my dose to 20mg...

I strongly recommend cetaphil and dont double your dosage. You're four days in on an extremely low dose, i'm afraid to say that it could take a couple of months.

And why shouldn't I double my dosage?

Usually Accutane is 1mg per kg. I weigh 63kgs. For my first month I'm on 40mg but I'm moving up to 60mg for month two and I'll be on 80mg later in my course.

So, you see why were saying you won't notice much change on only 10mg.
