Hi all
So I've been taking solodyn, ortho tri cyclen, and using differen .03. I'm concerned about how my skin has been reacting to it.
Since beginning this regiment I've noticed an increase in clogged pores all over my face. My face is covered in all these small bumps, it's disgusting to look at. Also, I've been getting small breakouts that don't last too long but it's one after the other. I'm not sure if this is my initial break out, but I was wondering. If anyone else has a similar story to this that they could share with me.
I would like to know how long will this proceed.
Is there anything else I can do to make the small bumps go away immediately?
And when will my face finally be clear?
I wish there was something out there that worked over night.
How long have you been on it?
It can definitely increase the clogged pores before they get better and start to reduce. I'm on 0.1% and after 2 weeks I had way more clogged pores that my face looked so weird and gross. Also had quick breakouts that sometimes would last less than a day! I'm on week 6 now and have only 3 dead pimples waiting to fully disappear, but this is just my personal experience.
It could quite possibly be your initial breakout, I'm not fully sure how .03 works as it's not available in my country but it being stronger it could maybe accelerate everything. With retinoids it can take up to 12 weeks to see an improvement, not even neccessarily completely clear. It sucks, I am hoping for that overnight cure as well!
