Should I Be Using A Stronger Topical?

I am currently using Ziana and an antibiotic. I still have acne, mainly on my jawline, and was thinking I should switch to another topical. Been using the Ziana since last year, so I've given it plenty of time to work. Wondering if I should switch to a more powerful retinoid and wondering what the most powerful one is.

I wash with cetaphil in the morning, put on 2.5% bp across my forehead and temples, jawline and chin and finish with neutrogena combination Skin moisturizer. I cover zits with concealer that has sal acid in it.

Clean and clear oil wipes every three hours during the day.

Finish with cetaphil, wait 15 minutes and put on Ziana, wait 30 minutes and put on cetaphil moisturizer.

with the moisturizers and this whole routine I have little irritation, so maybe it's time to switch to a more powerful retinoid. Also, do they make creams instead of gels that will make my skin look less "shiny".

Atralin is a pretty powerful retinoid (tretinoin, same as ziana), It's twice the strength of ziana. It doesn't have an antibiotic component though, so you risk an initial flare up.

^does anyone know if they sell the topical antibiotic that's in Ziana by itself? I think they do. I might try to switch to a stronger retinoid and the antibiotic cream by itself.
