Hello i started taking minocycline. But ive been on it for two weeks now and havent seen any good results. Ive broke out really bad on my chin and forehead which ive never done before.. Does minocycline bring everything to a head first like accutane does?

Hi, I've been on Minocycline 100mg for almost 3 months now. I did not experience any breakouts like you described...or any for that matter. I was also prescribed Tazorac as a topical and I'm really pleased with the results. I'd give the Mino six weeks and if you don't see a difference I would ask to switch to another antibiotic.
