do you think accutane work for hormonal acne? i have pcos but my hormonal levels on the blood test are fine. the only effect from pcos seems acne. my derm said it is gonna work permanently but i could not find enough information on the internet. i am on the 72. day of accutane treatment my acne seems get a bit better. i am not sure it is gonna heal completely.
i used diana 35 occasionally for ten years but my acne relapsed after 1 year when i discontinued it. i went to derm for spiro but he said accutane is gonna solve my acne permanently. so i use it now but although my acne getting a bit improving i did not get complete clearness. i am on the 72. day though. do you know that spiro make permanent affect? also i am discoureged still i have acne after the usage of accutane more than 2 months. maybe i have to wait more.
