Okay, it's been about 8 months since I was off accutane. It's now sadly starting to come back, not as bad of course but it's scaring me. I have around 2 months worth of accutane, not that I didn't take them but the Derm mis-ordered at one point (Got them anyway). When I first was on accutane I was one of the few lucky ones, along with my brother that clear in 2-3 Weeks considering I only had mild acne.

I'm now considering to start it again, just for about 2-3 weeks. If there's no improvement I'll just contact my Derm. Keep in mind I had no side effects other than Dry Lips , 40mg a day
