On Differin 0.1% For 3 Months, Should I Change To 0.3%

So I've been on Differin 0.1% for 3 months but I've seen no change.

Here is a picture of my skin:

Should I ask my dermatologist to change to 0.3%. Will it make a difference?

I don't want to try accutane because of the potential side effects.

I see no changes, wake up in the morning and I ask myself:

"Is life worth living? Should I blast myself?"

No change as compared to what. Your skin looks awesome except for a lone pimple. Definitely ask for an increase if you've plateaued.

I don't have whiteheads but my skin is oily, red and uneven.

It also has a very scaly feel to it. That's why I'm thinking the differin 0.1 isn't working.
