Yeah, it's likely that you'll have an initial breakout but it'll go away pretty fast.

There's a lot of people that break out when they start taking it but then there's also Some people that don't break out. I didn't so there's a chance that it might not happen

I never broke out on Accutane, and neither did my brother. It was smooth sailing for me. I wouldn't worry about it, you should be just fine.

My acne is also not on my face. I'm only on my 4th week at 120mg now and have not had anything really pop up on the face. As others have mentioned, some do and some don't so you shouldn't assume either way.
