What is this? I know it was caused by the accutane but, don't know if it was from dry skin or something else since I only have them from about 2 inches above my elbow to my wrists. At times they itch and look worse.

Also they seem to "pop?" or "burst?" withy fluid because at times when I apply moisturizer is feel tingly.

Any help?

I advise you if you haven't yet contact your physician! Accutane can cause eczema actually and I am not sure how long you have been on it, but allergic reaction??? Still contact your physician!!!!!!!

I agree to contact your physician because you may want to get a script for a topical steroid, but it's a completely normal rash caused by skin dryness from accutane. You can help it go away by applying topical steroids (should be gone in a couple of days), and prevent it from coming back by being diligent with your moisturizing routine.

I get a rash like this somewhere at least once or twice a month, right now it's on my back :( Have no fear, the rashes go away once you are off the accutane.
