Hey,
Currently on accutane taking 40 mg Per Day. Today is my 35th Day.
It has actually started burning when Im pissing, and it feels like i can piss more than i do, but it Burns A lot.
Then i noticed 5 mins ago when it started burning, blood came out, and i was A bit in chock. I Think i Will wait for tomorrow to see if the blood still is coming and its burning..
What do u Think i should do?? :S Call my derm?? Or my reg doctor??

Definitely call your regular doctor today or tomorrow. Also mention the accutane.
I would say that in your case this is probably a 'harmless' side effect of accutane drying your mucous membranes and causing the bleeding, or you may have bumped the area or something like that. However, noticeable blood in urine (macroscopic haematuria) is usually taken very seriously as it can be a sign of cancer (especially in the elderly) - that's why it's always important to research the cause of haematuria with cystoscopy and other methods to rule out the more serious causes. You should go to a doctor and have everything checked to be on the safe side.

And btw... I didn't have any blood in my urine like 30 mins ago, and it didn't felt as buning as earlier today when I had blood in the urine..
