Hi guys. I started Accutane close to 1 month recently and have been experiencing dry lips and angular cheilitis. I actually have both of them before i even started Accutane but it was manageable but recently its getting worst due to Accutane. May i ask how do people who took Accutane cope with them? What lip balm do you use for your excessive dry lips? and what medicine for angular cheilitis? I did try the hydrocortisone 1% cream but it did not work, same as the steroid cream my derma gave me. Currently im trying vagisil. Been using it for a day only and also vit b complex and zinc pills to see if i have any deficiency. While for lip balm i also tried Vaseline for 1 day which is today but i wont have high hopes. Any advice that can help?
