I am going through the same thing, only I am only two months into my cycle.

I asked my derm about it and she explained that accutane can mess with hormones that control the body's natural shedding process and accelerate it (at least from what I understood). She said that if it gets worse, they can use men's rogane (even though I am a female...). Not necessarily to force the hair to grow everywhere, but instead to stop the shedding cycle and restart the growth cycle.
