I welcome anyones opinion.

Im starting with 20 mg a day and noticed dryness after a week so itl probably do something it just might take a little longer.

I'm no dermatologist so I'm not sure exactly the reasons why they would "skip" days instead of just putting you on a low dose everyday, like 10 mg or something? I think it will still be effective for you, especially if your acne is not extremely severe. I would just go with their recommendation for now and see how it goes.

Yeah my derm is a derm for a reason so I will just have to trust him on this one and wait for the long 6 months to pass. I hate being patient
