Does anyone know if there is much of a difference between the two? and does Isotrex (which is topical tretinoin) have the same ant-aging benefits as retin-a?

Many thanks!

hi hun,

the doctor I saw( i mentioned it in the PM) was going to give me a prescription for isotrex. Its an antibiotic + retin A, whereas Retin A is simply isotretinoin cream/gel. Retin A does have the anti aging effect, most retinols do. So with isotrex you have the antibiotic which could help with the acne and stop it spreading.
