I have severe neck, back and facial acne. An NHS dermatologist prescribed 20mg of Isotretinoin to be taken twice daily. I've experienced dry lips and achy backs but I don't care about them at all. But as of late my skin is feeling very smooth and less oily and any spot that does rise up isn't so cystic. They heal in just a matter of days with no lingering redness. The thing is though I thought it might be a little early for Isotretinoin to work as I'm only entering week 6.
