It's my 17th day of taking Accutane. The brokenout is not getting better at all. Still have several cysts and full of zits.

I don't want to skip more class only because of the horrible face. So does it help if I raise 20 to 40/day?

My weight is 53kg, so I guess it's OK?

i would consult your derm before you do anything. a lot of the times they can give you antibiotics to help with the IB or even prednisone if its bad enough.

I can't see her without appointment now. Yes she gave me antibiotics but it doesn't work at all, at least I can't see.

maybe you can call your derm and ask her to give you some other type of antibiotic or prednisone. if you cant talk to her leave a message with the staff telling them you want to try something else. i am sure they will work with you to figure something out.

Sorry to bump your thread.

But how can you decide to upper your dosis ?

Where i live i have to take the dose my doctor is giving me, i get 40mg i can't get it higher.
